Team Building for Success   In this 3 day workshop each participate will: ·         Receive feedback on strengths, challenges, and team brand ·         Address issues that are key to success of the team and company ·         Develop a team strategy to maximize leadership through communication ·         This workshop will also include individual coaching for each team member. One-on-one coaching to encourage personal accountability and produce appropriate actions based on feedback from the workshop itself.
